What is coaching?
Health and wellness coaching focuses on the whole person (body, mind, and spirit). Coaches partner with clients seeking to enhance their health and well-being through self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values. During coaching, health and wellness coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, honoring that each client is an expert in their own life while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.

What can we work on?
We can work on any aspect of health and wellness. That can include focusing on healthy eating, finding an exercise plan you enjoy and learning to stick with it, mindfulness to gain more inner peace, building healthy relationships, learning to set boundaries, improving your finances, finding a career you really enjoy, build accountability, and much more.
Acupuncture can relieve menopausal symptoms like
hot flashes, night sweats, joint pain, mood swings, and insomnia. I highly recommend Sharon Rose at Rose City Acupuncture https://rosecityacupuncture.com/. Just her energy will make you feel better.
